Acceptance of Terms of Service
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 1112 platform available at https://1112.mx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as a user and 1112 as the service provider. 1112 reserves the right to change, add, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm you meet the age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation and User Security
To access the full 1112 services, you must register an account providing true, accurate, current, and complete information. Each individual is allowed only one registered account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1112 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity on your account is your responsibility, whether conducted by you or anyone else who gains access to your login credentials.
- Use a strong, unique password that you don’t use on any other platform
- Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members
- Notify 1112 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Log out from your account when using shared devices
Platform Use Responsibilities and Rules
Users agree to use the 1112 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any use of the platform contrary to local laws is entirely the user’s responsibility.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1112 platform and may result in immediate actions such as suspension or termination of your account:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or use of the platform
- Using bots, automation scripts, or third-party software to manipulate games or platform systems
- Attempting to hack, interfere with, or compromise the security of the platform or other users
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties
1112 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and take appropriate actions, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of such accounts without compensation.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1112 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made using payment methods registered under their own name. Payments made with accounts or credit cards belonging to others are prohibited.
1112 supports local deposit methods like DuitNow and internet bank transfers from authorized Malaysian financial institutions. Processing times and transaction limits may vary by payment method chosen. Any fees charged by third-party financial institutions are the user’s responsibility.
For withdrawals, users must use the same method as their original deposit except in cases requiring an alternative method. 1112 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals to ensure security and comply with applicable financial regulations. Approved withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform.
Liability Limits and Account Closure Policy
1112 Limitation of Liability
1112 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or system delays beyond our control. The 1112 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure
1112 may suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of fraud, terms violations, or activities harmful to the platform or other users. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Balances in voluntarily closed accounts that meet all withdrawal conditions will be refunded within the specified period.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All contents, logos, designs, text, graphics, and visual elements on the 1112 platform are the exclusive property of 1112 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any intellectual property elements without written permission from 1112. Any infringement will result in appropriate legal action.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 1112 platform may include references to third-party services or providers such as payment processors and gaming software suppliers. 1112 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
Applicable Law and Changes to Terms
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the competent courts. 1112 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
